-B.S. with a concentration in Kinesiology from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2017

-Graduated from Kneaded Energy School of Massage in 2019 & licensed by the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy soon after

My Approach

As a product of local public education institutions: I have a desire to serve the community that helped mold me, and I hope to use the connections I have made along the way to help you meet your goals in the most effective way possible.

As a former athlete who had to navigate injury, rehabilitation, and recovery at a young age: I have an acute awareness and personal insight to help my clients through their recovery process and the journey that will inevitably follow.

As a human who loves massage: I find it extremely important to maximize hands-on time during sessions and utilize every minute of time we have in the treatment room. My goal is to work as efficiently as possible and be very intentional about what the greatest impact is for you each session.
